That’s me, now on the left, a few years ago on the right. It started in my mind and grew. Or shrank, in this case ;P
I was fat, depressed, hated myself and everyone else. Hated life… I was darkness. And it’s just no way to live. I finally decided I just wouldn’t let that be all life was. It couldn’t be. And I set out to find out another way.
First, I changed my dark thoughts and perceptions on myself, and life. I found ways to take control of my inner temple, and my life, and body, followed my will. Now, I am a light worker and a healer of others. I found that love for myself, for life, and for all the life in it. Never give up on your dreams.
Life doesn’t give up. Just keep spinning, smiling, and loving. <3 Positivity is literally how you tap into the bigger picture.
Suffering is not holding you. You are holding suffering. When you become good at the art of letting sufferings go, then you’ll come to realize how unnecessary it was to drag those burdens along with you. You’ll see that no one other than you was responsible. The truth is that existence wants your life to become a festival.

Make A Beautiful Life
Love yourself.
Make peace with who you are
And where you are
At this moment in time.
Listen to your heart.
If you can’t hear what it’s saying
In this noisy world,
Make time for yourself.
Enjoy your own company.
Let you mind wander among the stars.
Try.
Take chances.
Make mistakes.
Life can be messy
And confusing at times,
But it’s also full of surprises.
The next rock in your path
Might be a stepping stone.
Be happy.
When you don’t have what you want,
Want what you have.
Make do
That’s a well-kept secret of contentment.
There aren’t any shortcuts to tomorrow.
You have to make your own way.
To know where you are going
Is only part of it.
You need to know where you’ve been, too.
And if you ever get lost, don’t worry.
The people who love you will find you.
Count on it.
Life isn’t days and years.
It’s what you do with time
And with all the goodness and grace
That’s inside you.
